'Collect & Return' means the customer collects & returns the cylinder from us. If you would like us to deliver the cylinder and collect when finished, then select the N20 Helium Gas (Delivery) product.
A cost-effective solution for customers looking to inflate large numbers of latex or foil balloons. The N20 steel cylinder is a 'second generation' lightweight 300bar cylinder which is both safe and easy to use.
Inflation Guide: We recommend making or purchasing a Balloon Sizer(s) to help accurately inflate your latex balloons to the correct diameter. This helps your balloons look uniform in size and also avoids overinflation which can result in wasted gas or burst balloons. With careful inflation, each cylinder will inflate the approximate number of balloons below.

Inflation figures are approximate. Temperature, manufacture of balloon and inflation technique will affect the number of balloons inflated. Click4 accepts no liability for losses or shortages due to third party inflation.
The base price of £97.00 includes one N20 gas refill, use of one 'snap-on' latex balloon adaptor and up to 30 days cylinder rental. Additional cylinder rental is charged after the initial 30 day hire period at £8.95 per month or part month that the cylinder is retained. Prices inc VAT
Maximum Hire: 3 months after which the cylinder must be returned. Unused gas cannot be refunded.
N20 Specifications: 5.21 cubic metres (184 cubic feet) of helium gas. 25KG weight. 870mm height. 300bar pressure. Supplied with an active-contents gauge so you can see how much gas is left and have built-in pressure regulators for safety and a lower operating pressure.
NO MONETARY DEPOSIT REQUIRED: CLICK4 does not ask for a financial deposit against the safe return of the cylinder. Instead we will send you a CYLINDER AUTHORITY FORM by email which outlines the Booking details and Replacement charges. This form must be signed on collection or in advance. CLICK4 is unable to release any helium gas to you without a completed CYLINDER AUTHORITY FORM.
By placing your order you agree to the Replacement Charges outlined below. In the event of a lost/damaged cylinder or inflator, or additional delivery/collection visits, your credit card will be automatically billed. Lost, Damaged or unreturnable cylinders are charged at: N20 £395.00 each (No VAT) | Lost or damaged inflators £29.38 (Inc VAT) | Additional Local Delivery or Collection visits / change of Address £19.95 per occurrence. | Amendments to order £10.00 administration fee | Additional Rental: £8.95 per month/part month applicable after the initial 30 day hire period. - CUSTOMER COLLECTION - Customers can collect & return the cylinder(s) from our Watford warehouse for no charge Monday - Friday between 8.30am - 5.30pm and Saturdays 9am - 12pm
- ORDER EARLY to ensure we are holding the required stock on the day you require it.
- ORDERS MUST BE PLACED PRIOR TO COLLECTION EITHER ONLINE OR BY TELEPHONE.
- RETURN DATES must be specified at the point of order to the best of your ability.
- COMPLETED AUTHORITY FORMS must be returned ASAP or signed on the day of collection. We cannot release gas without a signed form.
