I have just received my order of helium + balloons + discs. = 1 very happy 4 year old girl! Thank you so very much. I ordered yesterday afternoon, so delivery was super-fast. Checked contents, all there. Plus, if I had bought the same thing (minus discs and home delivery) in town (Birthdays), it would have cost £35!!!
