The kit includes everything required to set-up your balloon drop. The balloon bag has clips attached which need to be fixed to the ceiling. Actual fixing materials not included.
Air-fill the 9" latex balloons using your own puff or the handy pump included, stuff the bag and attach to the ceiling. Keep the rip-cord out of reach of small hands until the perfect moment to release the balloons. Affordable and great fun!
