Collection Customers

As we are not an open warehouse, customers wishing to collect orders from Click4 must have an order placed prior to arrival, placed either online or by telephone. Once you have added your selections to your shopping cart, select 'Collection' from the delivery options and checkout as normal. When asked for a delivery date, please enter the date you would like to collect (sorry for the confusion).

Collection orders are picked first on the day required and so are available for collection anytime from 10am onwards weekdays, or 9am on Saturdays. Please see opening times below. Simply arrive with your order confirmation number which will be issued by email at the point of order.

Walk-In's

All goods in our warehouse are viewable online. If you would like to browse prior to placing an order or need assistance, we are happy to assist walk-in customers on Fridays & Saturdays when mail-order volumes tend to be lower.

Directions

Heading away from Watford Town centre, following signs for Rickmansworth. Approximately 1.5miles from the town centre you will arrive on a large roundabout in Croxley Green, which has a Big Yellow Storage unit on. Bear left onto the Watford & Croxley Business Parks and bear left onto the Watford Business Park. Then turn right at the Citreon Garage, which is Caxton Way. Click4 is approximately 700m down on the righthand side opposite Sentrum. Please park onstreet.

Coming from M25 J18, head towards Rickmansworth and then follow signs for Croxley Green. Go up Scotts Hill and bear right at Rickmansworth School, then follow the main road through Croxley Green past the London Underground station, and over a mini-roundabout. At the next roundabout with the Big Yellow Storage unit on, bear right onto the Watford & Croxley Business Parks and bear left onto the Watford Business Park.
